I had this glittering cookie recipe bookmarked from Christmas, but thought they would make the perfect treat for Easter gatherings coming up too. They are so bright and sparkly! I'm sure they taste just as good.
Right now, I am sitting next to a plate of lemon squares, salted caramel squares and mini red velvet whoopie pies, all picked up at the bakery on the way home from work. I'm trying to wait to share with T, but it's kind of tortuous. And then I see these and all the willpower just went buh-bye.

Brillantes! My south american mother would make these for Christmas and we'd call them brillantes - brilliants in English!
