I don't make new years resolutions, but I did tell myself I need to find the perfect mug for tea (ha). It's the little things, isn't it? And we have no mugs. We do have two cute wedding ones (thanks mom G!) but they're thin with a small handle so I don't use them for hot beverages.
I think this polka dot mug wins.

So cute! I know what you mean, the little things totally count. For my desk at work I had to find the perfect mug. I make multiple bevvie runs throughout the day. I found a totally chic mug with a pink damask background and black silhouettes of monuments on it (like the Eiffel Tower, a Ferris Wheel, etc). I just love my mug and it makes me smile and feel cozy even when I am working away :)

Oh, my - I am addicted to mugs!! :) Seriously, I love the idea of having lots of different mugs. This way when people come to visit they will all have a unique mug that they like the best.
Plus I tend to use a different one every day depending on my mood :)
