This morning we had our first snow - just a light dusting, the perfect start to December. I immediately thought of this painting I've had bookmarked of Christmastime in the city (the speckled snow looks so pretty). Have you had snow yet where you are?

Aw -- what a great painting! No snow as of yet, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed (for weekend snow only, so I can enjoy it from inside the comfort of my apartment.)

i keep hearing that it's snowing for a lot of people!! i am in orlando now... so no snow here but it is chilly at 60 degrees (to floridians)! i think its like 30s back in kansas city where i live.. but no snow yet!!
We have had far more snow than is usual and absolutely freezing temps (-12)! Crazy time. We are forecast another 8 inches tonight too.

What a way to break in December!! Surprisingly we haven't had snow yet....last year at this time we had see it a few times. I am hoping for a white Christmas in St. Louis!
It's beautiful. Yes, we have had snow, unexpectedly before Thanksgiving, but it's all melted now. It was a great start to the holiday season.
We had our first snowfall yesterday. Woke up to a couple of centimeters of the white stuff on the ground this morning. (London, Ontario, Canada)

We have had loads of snow so far this winter (though it's currently melted away due to the rain). I'm dreaming of a white Christmas, so hopefully it will be back!
