While we were in Traverse City it was really foggy (and relatively warm, which was nice for walking around). At first we were a little disappointed about the lack of visibility everywhere, but it ended up being pretty and mysterious against the (melting) snow.

A foggy day is one of my favorite days to photograph. It instantly makes the photo unique.
what wonderful pictures! I agree with Cassie: magical! I especially love that one of the snow-covered ground in the forest ... it's a bit mysterious, like you said, but kind of romantic, too.

I love waking up very early in the morning to find out there's a fog just outside. I am not sure why but it's like the rest of the world does no longer exist and my home becomes so much cozier :) And if you have a cup of tea or coffee the morning is just perfect :)
