I'm filing away this kaleidoscope pattern as inspiration for the little quilt I'm planning to make. The only thing I've sewn before are napkins and two lopsided Christmas stockings, so I'm guessing this will be a long term project for me! I'll report back next summer. :-)

i'm about to being sewing a quilt too! this one is cute.
I had a project like that years ago and cut out all the little diamonds and sewed a few and then it stayed like that so I gave them to someone else. Although I like sewing, I don't think the quilt was my thing. I love this diamond quilt. I've been seeing this geometric look quite alot. Must be the trend. I wish you good luck with your project. I adore this....very ethnic and modern. I know im also doing a quilt and its like a million times easier then this and im been going on it for 2 months now :) Takes forever with fulltime job and a 3 year old around hi hi!
