happy weekend

Happy Friday! We're looking forward to a weekend at home and I hope to stop at Ikea to look for some patio things (and have a cinnamon roll - or two). Hope you have a good one. I came across some good things this week, too, so here are four of them:

1. Gwyneth's new cookbook (added to my wishlist) - via Goop.
2. Outdoor lighting (and summery things) - from Ikea.
3. Kirra Jamison's amazing paintings - via Julie Digs Design.
4. Unique handmade clothing (launching soon) - from The IOU Project.

I was just at Ikea today and saw those lights - so cute!

I also saw 1 million other things I wanted {including a patio umbrella} but I only get things I can lift. It is my Ikea rule...cuts down on spending.

I told my husband we have to go back next week - I think he can lift a bit more than me :)

Ah, it's been well over four months since our last IKEA jaunt. We live 5 minutes from one so I'm thinking I need to rectify that soon. I need some frames, fabric and Swedish meatballs of course.
