Did the weekend fly by for you too? Thankful for some of the fun we had...making care packages for a few military wives and wrapping up gifts (like a copy of Love is Walking Hand in Hand for my newly engaged best friend). A Christmas cantata at the theater and movies by tree-light. Packing our car full of presents and food to head home for the holidays. And most importantly, observing the last day of Advent with O Come, O Come Emmanuel. With some changes ahead for us in the new year, I am counting each and every blessing of this one. They were too fast for us too, but full of such sweet memories with friends and our little family. Military life for us right now means our immediate family is together but we are very, very far from extended family. Missing them a lot this year!
