I remember that last picture from Domino, but sorry I couldn't tell you which issue. :( I know they made mention of using an army blanket at the end of the bed.
Oh, and I followed your link for the bathroom - good news! The wallpaper is actually from here (http://www.katieridder.com/) (check Beetlecat in Cream). Not vintage but it is to the trade only :(
