Yes, a post about tomatoes. We have so many over here! My dad gave us huge bags full of his organic garden tomatoes and we've enjoyed them with everything lately: BLT's, salads, tacos, and delicious egg + cheese sandwiches. This weekend I'll be making batches of sauce too.

Yum - fresh garden tomatoes are THE best. Whenever someone says they don't like tomatoes...I wonder "have they ever had a really good tomato?"

Tomatoes are pretty much the best thing ever! I always eat so many every summer that my boyfriend laughs at me because my mouth will start to hurt. But I can't stop! That's so awesome that your dad shares his fresh tomatoes with you!
Girl, I'm so with you. I gobble seasonal tomatoes like they're candy. Throw in an avocado and I'll pretty much die of happiness.

I wish i was up to my ears in tomatoes! They're not as fun to buy at the grocery store! Have fun making sauce this weekend - sounds perfect :) Buy some fresh mozz, too and have some caprese! Have a great weekend!

That is one smell which brings back a million childhood memories and I cannot use tomatoes without smelling them fresh from the vine - heavenly! My sense of smell has been heightened during my pregnancy and especially for fruit and veg, so I imagine your house must be my idea of heaven right now! Enjoy
