christmas spirit

The inside of our home is filled with new & old Christmas keepsakes, decorations, and lights. Homemade goods to be baked & wrapped are on this weekend's agenda.
And, I'm so happy with the way our outdoor "trimmings" turned out - the berry light garland, red ribbons, and lighted wreaths.
Enjoy the last weekend before Christmas!

(PS. I drew numbers for the giveaway and #7 & 23 were chosen, so I'll be sending a gift to Melissa and kribss!

Oh, how awesome!! I was just reading through my google reader tonight, kind of sleepy eyed and I saw my name, Yeah! I just got notified last night as well that I won the book Downtown Chic from the Paris Apartment blog. I can't believe I won two things in two days! I have entered many drawings on other blogs, but this is the first time I have ever won. Thanks Alli for being a great blogging friend too. I really enjoy your beautiful blog and your cute little etsy shop too. I think your house is adorable. Looks like one of those ceramic houses in a Christmas village. Have a great weekend with baking and such.

Your decoration looks fabulous! In my country not that many people decorate their homes, but in my hometown it is almost every house! I can't wait to go there tomorrow! The spirit of Christmas is much more alive there rather than in the big city!

I love your idea of sending something through the new year. I had a huge plan to make holiday postcards myself, they are actually half way done, but I didn't get enough time and couldn't finish them on time and send them to some blogger friends:) I really wanted to do this but I guess next year..
I would love to swap postcards with you though, even after New Year:) xo
